Cana Dinner 2018

The Cana dinner is a long standing tradition here at St. Thomas Becket. It is a Saturday evening out, where all couples, married any length of time, can assemble to celebrate their marriage with fellow parishioners.

Coming again in February, 2018!
Check back here for additional information as 2018 plans become finalized.

Here is the event information for the 2017 Cana Dinner:

This year’s Cana Dinner is on Saturday February 18 starting with Mass at 5:00 p.m.

And then it is on to some camaraderie and good food!  After Mass we will head upstairs for drinks and appetizers, followed by a gourmet Coquavin Chicken dinner topped off by a Galette Des Rois desert – all prepared here at STB by our own chefs.  There will also be a blessing of our marriages, some fun with “wedding bloopers”, and door prizes.

Bonus – free child care!

The cost is $50 per couple, plus a bottle of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) to share.  If the cost presents a hardship please come and speak with us as our parish motto is “All are Welcome”. And, if you are married less than a year, we want you to join us as our treat.

We are selling tickets in the Commons after Masses the weekends of Feb 4/5 and Feb 11/12 leading up to the February 18 event.  You can pay via cash, check or Visa/MasterCard.

We are also looking for assistance with the set up and take down for the event.

Please consider signing up to help - when you buy tickets or on the board in the Commons.
